Pros
Good compensation for CM sales / BDM's If role is in new business org, you may have visibility to new tech companies In terms of CM culture, better than working for Foxconn (that's not saying much)
Cons
Low non-competitive pay rates for engineers Frequent large-scale layoffs (I saw 7 layoffs in 7 yrs) CM's have a higher % of difficult and incompetent coworkers It can be boring working a contract manufacturer Flex is a ZERO glamour company. No sparkle. You don't brag about working there.
