Best product in the market Most innovative company in the space
Cons
Leadership changes direction every 6 months, cant decide which way they want to take the company, most likely coming from the PE firm. As the aviation space innovates, the product was built so integrations cannot happen causing a lot of headaches with customers Communication between teams is non existent, every team has different priorities.

Solid product, and great reputation within Aviation community which helps sell the product.
Cons
Sold large portion of company off to PE group, stripped benefits to the bone and then created ridiculous quotas to a niche market. Got rid of employees who actually knew the Aviation industry and hired people who don't know the first thing about flight training.
