      List of cons is endless. Unprofessional behavior Low salaries No leaves because you cant take a day off even if you fall sick No process orientation Favouritism Bad work culture Director has trust issues on employees Gossip done by management Salaries are kept on hold for employees Deduction of salaries and other allowances depending on mood of the management Relieving letters are not given to employees What is promised is never delivered Hardly any appraisal or increment Unfair policy Comments on personal life by management No work life balance No appreciation ......

      Worst place to work. They promise you most of things they do not provide like medical insurance.

      There are no pros. Please do not refer freshers in this company.

      1. Micromanagement. 2. False promises. 3. Office Admin interferes in HR operations. 4. Fire people on very short notice that too admin does this. 5. No medical insurance for employees. Once someone from the top management said to me fake your resume for your next job. It works.

      I am fortunate to have worked for this one of a kind company, management is so flexible. Salaries paid spot on time, never been late till I was working for 2 years . Most employees working for over 3 yrs plus
