      Pros

      Some of the usual start up things like a ping pong table, free beverages, casual environment, no micro-management

      Cons

      Because their is no micro-management, you have figure out everything yourself which is fine, but the CEO never gives much direction, nor does he have concrete plans to develop new products. The company is always fixing what it has. So, the direction one gets here is when one is doing crappy, so you get to hear from the CEO when you are not doing well. Too much smoke and mirrors.

      - Great sales and leadership team with solid value based selling skills and outlook! - Awesome product and future roadmap - Fun environment with tons of potential!

      Pros

      No sacred cows. Full transparency on strategic and tactical decisions across departments. Questions and input always welcome. Fully collaborative hiring process. Strict adherence to the no-a***hole rule. Great about rewarding and recognizing performance, and promoting from within the ranks. Even open to department switches.

      Cons

      Super budget-conscious. You have to justify every dime you spend. Great for the business, but time-consuming. No real conference rooms in either office.
