Other than getting a paycheck (which is below industry averages) there isn't a single pro.
Cons
The management is terrible. A manager has told people that she doesn't care if every single person leaves. Micromanagement is a daily occurrence and write ups or terminations for telling someone you can't help at the moment because you're currently busy is commonplace. There is zero patient care and zero staff care from the management. Everyone is replaceable and has little to no value in their minds.
