      Pros

      The coworkers you have are excellent, and so are the managers.

      Cons

      The company is growing and corporate is growing and therefore passing on new rules for the offices despite not knowing how the offices work. There is not a lot of room for growth here. Using PTO is strongly discouraged and not alot given.
