Pros
The participants are the only thing going for this company and most of them leave because they’re treated so badly
Cons
They refuse to pay when you have to stay back with a client. Emails are never responded to. They don’t make phone calls to tell clients their workers aren’t coming leaving vulnerable people without support. They tell clients other clients need workers more than them so they’ll have to miss out… the list is endless. Avoid at all costs

Your direct team can be amazing.
Cons
Upper management are not organised at all, pay are regularly late and you are lucky to hear back within 6 months is you have a problem.
