During my time at an IT company, I observed that the manager lacked understanding of the products being developed and hired unskilled leaders. This led to a number of issues, including delays in project delivery, decreased team morale, and subpar product quality. I tried my best to mitigate these issues, but ultimately felt limited in my ability to effect meaningful change.
