Pros
Due to the small size of design team, everyone gets ample amount of responsibility in projects. Even junior designers get direct contact with clients. Great way to learn for new graduates. Also, there is great coffee in-house. Good work-life balance. Above average pay for the size of the firm.
Cons
Some clients can be difficult to work with. Some of them tend to micro manage every aspect of the design process, while being indecisive at the same time. The informal work environment leads to some redundant work or confusing situations.

Pros
Work-Life balance, Exposure on Large scale buildings, Recognition of perfomance regardless of the junior or senior cadre in terms of salary .Inspiring boss to work with. I was working from 2011 to 2013 during which free lunch was provided. No late night works

At times you would feel the work getting monotonous
