Company is extremely flexible with number of days I can work. Lots of work is available. Pay is descent but not at the top of the ladder. Everybody is easy to work with. Driving local you quickly get to know all the runs.
Cons
Inconsistent start times has been hard on me. Some days you are starting a 2AM to make a day shift delivery. In my opinion there is something really wrong about that.
