Pros
Wonderful people on the shop floor and a few in the office. There is a free lunch once per month, but no drinks are included. The Company also buys a selection of fruit and bread each week, along with tea, coffee and Vimto.
Cons
Communication from and between management is pitiful, often resulting wasted time and productivity. Frequent rants from management complaining about having to manage staff. Unachievable and unrealistic goals handed out. Projects are poorly managed with basic information withheld. Working in silos is standard. Environmental and health and safety concerns are often ignored. Goal posts for pay increases moved, bonuses promised without any guidelines on value or how they are earned. Training opportunities missed or removed without reason.
