Pros
The location is great and working remotely is nice too
Cons
- First and foremost the CEO; she is aggressive, doesn't know how to manage people with zero social skills. Many quality people left only because of her attitude. - Terrible culture- sometimes you expected to finish projects over the weekend and been never said thank you. - You being asked to fulfil tasks quick even though the outcome is not even close to what it should be. Then, of course, the CEO will blame and humiliate you in the next all-hands, in front of the entire company - Project priorities often change without any explanation

Pros
- environment-friendly (literally, the success of the app you're working on drives farmers to grow plants with sustainability in mind) - remote-friendly (probably as anything now though, but there are people from different continents:) - just-friendly :) still pretty small to be cozy. At lunch people don't split into separate groups, there's no need to (talking about Sydney office)
Cons
- no free lunch, gym, or snacks
