      Compared to other airlines in Egypt its good however doesn’t compare to the global standard in the aviation industry

      Cons

      Management instability - 7 or more CEOs in less than 8 years in business Every new CEO comes with plans without proper planning or feasibility studies Management doesn’t have proper managerial experience Micromanagement Unplanned fleet growth Unplanned market moves (opening / closing destinations randomly) Poor work environment and hygiene No staff benefits other than staff travel Even medical insurance you have to pay partially out of pocket and fully for your family HR non existent No annual salary increase No promotions or career growth
