      Pros

      Free flights - sometimes, if you don't mind travelling in the middle of November or February only

      Cons

      Management pay lip service to cultural change. Loads of meetings, no action - just pointless tick box exercises

      Pros

      Great people. Longevity. Flexi-time. Ability to 'buy' more holiday over the standard 25 days per year. Free flights (1 per year) and discounted flights with other airlines, and very cheap standby tickets.

      Cons

      Below market average pay, not much opportunity for progression. Very much an 'us and them' mentality between workers and management
