      Great creative agency to work for!

      Pros

      Great tight knit team that is committed to producing in high quality and providing fantastic service. It is a supportive environment where everyone encourages each other to produce the best work they are capable of and where employees are fed with tasks that will boost their strengths.

      Cons

      Almost too fast-paced at times, where, at times, feedback and some support isn't provided.

      Pros

      An an absolute amazing company to work for. The opportunities and growth were what kept me around for such a long time. The owner and management treat all of their employees so well, and the culture is amazing! I established life long connections and have been set up with so many skills for the next stage of my careers.

      Pros

      Some of the staff are nice, social aspect is done quite well. Clients are interesting and work is varied.

      Cons

      No support, No handovers, No inductions. was specifically told that they had no time to give me an induction or support me in anyway as they were too busy. Had asked numerous times to have meetings about handovers, however never happened.
