Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Only partners hold the title of marketing strategist, so we assume this review is for a different position rather than what is posted. We take all feedback seriously and we address points made by employees in order to ensure we provide a positive experience, realizing that this is a never ending process and each individual has their own needs and expectations. That is why we encourage all of our employees to sit with a manager and discuss any issues, so they can be identified, understood and resolved. Our organization strives to deliver results for clients and does not rest until we achieve those results. Deadlines may be tight and unpredictable based upon a client’s need and we understand that type of environment may not be the best fit for everyone. It is our focus to always be a very collaborative culture with involvement from all team members. We realize open reviews of project that cover progress of project, comments from client, hours into project, quality of work, deliverables etc. can be intense for some employees, which is why examples of such meetings are clearly provided to all interviewees. We have a very transparent process and we are a fast pace company. If you have not brought these issues to a manager, please do so ASAP, otherwise we cannot assure they will be corrected.
