      None, some good employees but they won't stay.

      Cons

      Just run! Toxic home grown culture that is not willing to change. Middle Management is clueless owned by a private equity firm that only cares about the $.

      Cons

      Not interested in learning and growing. Want to continue to do things the way they were done years ago. Management in the office have been promoted into roles that they are not mature enough to be in.
