With the volume of work so high, you learn quite a bit very quickly. There are experienced technicians that can help at all times. It is great for getting your foot in the door in terms of IT support work.
Cons
There is a heavy workload with not enough technicians, making it more difficult for one on one training. The basics do get covered, but you do get thrown into the swing of things almost immediately.
Thank you for your review!!! Both the pros and cons are right on, a true small family company. I'm hopeful the work-at-home approach we take offsets the weight of our small office, I really believe that's the way to go so folks don't have to waste time coming/going to work unnecessarily.
