If you have just graduated from Bachelors then go for the position here as the lower level staff are unaffected by the company's politics.
Cons
Politics are everywhere in the company. MD does not know how to run a business and I think everyone here in Foodmandu agrees with me. Salary increment is very poor. If you are searching for a mid to high level job this is not the place. Don't ever join this company. Please have a secret meeting with a staff member before you join. One who has worked for more than a year. You'll get your answer.
