not a hospital, no holidays or weekends, paid all major holidays, good retirement set up, bonus every quarter, comparable salary to hospital, on busy days, all staff help in pt care areas, a few amazing surgeons that are truly honorable, kind, giving, and show up on time for surgery
Cons
not a hospital, inconsistent work hours, absurd turnover rate, work day for closing could be incredibly protracted for unsuspecting staff, verdant and untrained leadership, slandering amidst staff and departments, and there is the usual demanding, unkind, uncontrollable temper outbursting and always late surgeons
