The customers are lovely. That's all.

Cons

-Forced to buy shoes twice a year without reimbursement. -No training for staff. -Management disrespectful to customers and staff. -No room for creativity and growth of staff. -Management micromanages, then doesn't assist when help is needed.

most of the colleagues and managers are nice

Cons

Too many to mention - Pay and super are always late and inaccurate Late roster (New shift on Monday, gives you roster on Sunday) No employee support (very limited training, no refund policy, but most of the shoes are old and bad quality) Everything needs to go through the owner, no store policy or instructions to follow With no policy, you will always have to deal with angry customers on your own
