You will find out what the Director is like within a week - saying no more No heating Mould in Bathrooms (shared with everyone) No Holiday allowed during Summer No work from home Micromanaged - have to tell boss what you are doing every minute of the day If something wasn't done 5 minutes ago you will get reprimanded for it Current employees are on warnings for being ill and asking for heating on Boss will not treat you like a person
