Nice and friendly colleagues who are willing to help or guide if there's any question; the current management team is willing to take feedback, and it's easy to have 1-to-1 convo which is good; hybrid arrangement so there will be days where you can WFH
Cons
Benefits not comparable to MNC; work can be hectic sometimes but can always voice out to management or ask for help
