The CEO is probably the worst kind of creature that you can ever find on the face of the earth being abusive, insensitive and inhuman in nature. Being money minded is something that every organization should focus at but not by making employees life a living hell. The organization has a long list of conditions which to your surprise you are only apprised once you join and are in the system. Workplace feels less like a matured place and more of a military school where dictatorship rules. HR policies are stupid, irrelevant and are only designed to cause pain and stress to the employees. The organization acts to be too professional in nature while conducting employment checks, however you can only find out that it is merely a facade. The only reason one can possibly think of joining this place would be to degrade mindset and get introduced to the world of stress, depression and doubt over self worth. Not sure how the current rating of 4.2 is even legitimate.

Very very worst company to work. They don't respect or value their employees. Unprofessional work culture, no management at all. It's no matter how good ypu are they don't appreciate at all but they find some mistakes and they will let you down. Even they don't provide ypur salary on time.
