      Pros

      Reasearch before you work here. No pros, your mental health will get worse, the treatment of patients is problematic

      Cons

      Care only about power dynamics, nurse managers hold all the power and misuse it for their benefit. Highly toxic, pushes vulnerable employees to quit or worse.. Having Lived experience is to look good but no protection for any employees mental wellbeing. Not a place for support workers who care. Dangerus place to work.
