Pros
Fun atmosphere. Social workforce with fairly frequent outings. Good option for someone younger wanting to get their foot in the door of marketing agencies or design.
Cons
Board members were in and out to the point it seemed like something dodgy was going on. No progression or processes for salary reviews for staff. Unprofessional in a lot of ways. Basic holiday package. No real benefits.
