People are generally nice. Free snacks. Flexible schedules. Growing company. Yearly bonuses (if you're salary) Pets are allowed (yes, even cats)
Cons
Typical corporate culture. Don't expect upward movement based off merit, most people get promotions/raises when they get better job offers. Big egos everywhere Overall low pay range for the cost of living in CO and the type of work expected.
