      Pros

      They have the great place to work badge (not sure how) Some of the employees you get to work with are great. The keyword is some.

      Cons

      Everything about this place sucks. They’ve been open for 5-7 years I think and the longest employee they have has only been there for 2 years. If it was such a great place to work, why can’t they retain staff? Low pay for the responsibilities you are given Remote work, but you are constantly micromanaged Many of your “coworkers” are nice to your face and then talk bad about you behind your back The owners are a couple and they promote lying about why previous employees were let go

      Some fellow recruiters were great colleagues

      Cons

      -Extremely toxic work environment -Micromanagement at its maximum -They advertise fully remote then force you to go into office if you don’t make your billings (which are realistically UNATTAINABLE) -Advertise themselves as a supportive “family” but treats you like disposable trash -No work life balance, everyone working beyond working hours is considered a norm and applauded -Shitty culture and negative competition

      There’s no reason to work for them.

      Cons

      The work environment was high pressure. The culture was toxic. Managers don’t want you to succeed. I wasn’t going to write this but They harassed me and my colleagues on LinkedIn even after quitting there more than a year.
