      Pros

      Very friendly staff, generally a good spirit among the employees.

      Cons

      Very fatigued site equipment and facilities. Heavy investment required. No employee canteen facilities. Management are openly embarrassed to show around new employees as many have rejected jobs based on the company outlook.
