      Pros

      I can't imagine this can be said for a lot of other places, but working for Forgotten Empires is a dream for most people that join. Awesome people, great atmosphere and fun projects.

      Remote work, unless you are in Malaga (on-site)

      - Supportive culture, colleagues helping each other for the sake of the team's/project's success. - Flexible with remote work. - Working on interesting, complex & fun projects. - Regularly seeing coworkers receive promotions or opportunities for these. - Low turnover rate.

      Cons

      - Comparing with industry averages, the compensation is on the lower end. - The onboarding process could be improved.

      Forgotten Empires is a great remote company with very low turnover (compared to other companies in the industries).

      Cons

      The company might not be something for you if you prefer to work in office. There's an option to work in Málaga, Spain, though.
