You stay busy and the work is consistent. Supervisors are straight forward and every one is expected to get the job done.
Cons
Located in laurel. Left for a closer job. Warehouse isn't heated.

Small company/ family company vibe. everyone can have input and during this whole pandemic they were really focused on employee safety and didnt have to cut jobs
Cons
a lot of old processes but they are working on improving.
