Management are constantly MIA, so don't expect a timely answer from them, even when upper management implemented new procedures to improve this issue questions that were promised to now be answered within 24hrs remain ignored for over a week but hay at least they get answered now I guess? It gotten to the point that upper management has now implemented an AI Chat bot dubbed "FozBot" to "take some of that load off the team leader's shoulders" and yet it still a massive waist of time and resources. Constantly getting answering machines or no answers? Don't even think about taking any initiative to validate the leads and find alternative contact info because you will be reprimanded. Bringing up any issues or points previously mentioned privately to management in team meeting while upper management is present will give give you a 180 personality flip from your manager. Co-workers will suddenly disappear and you will be told they "willingly left but don't ask any questions" TL:DR this place is a dumpster fire and management are two-faced vipers who don't care about you despite how they treat you in the beginning.
