      Toxic Team Culture, but Good Pay

      - Competitive pay. - Growing company. - Other teams may offer a better experience.

      Cons

      - Toxic leadership in the Brand team, with poor communication and favouritism. - Lack of role clarity and support, with a culture of criticism and exclusion. - Issues around poor communication raised in surveys were ignored, and no improvements made.

      Pros

      None whatsoever. If you value your sanity, mental health and career then avoid.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, you need to be a "yes person" to fit in. Management can't take a counter view/opinion. Mandatory in office time painted as for collaboration even without any co-ordination with the team - you just need to be in for the sake of being in. Presenteeism at it's finest.

      Cons

      So many managers and so crowded for a 2% job. Everyone is trying to prove themselves with showing you bad. They are more like politicians than engineers, if you expect promotion you need beg to management.
