Everything else. They treat their employees like trash and refuse to pay them their worth. I’ve had multiple employees beg for a 50 cent raise only to be shut down by corporate telling them they need to work harder and make more commission to make a livable wage. Upper management in corporate is a disaster. They change their policies daily and you will get a different answer from every person you ask. They have the highest turnover rate I have ever seen primarily because they refuse to pay their employees a livable wage. The owner of the company is geriatric and has crashed multiple systems just in the past 6 months. He is the equivalent of sleepy Joe Biden. This is the worst run company I have worked for and highly recommend you to steer clear.
