Pros

There are no positives except the fact you can quit straight away due to probation and they actually paid me for my weeks work. Here are some negatives: They lied about the fact you needed to do all your client research (canvassing) outside of your work hours so an extra 3 hours a day. They also expect you to do research over the weekends for free and text you on Sunday harassing telling you to find 100 clients. All this extra work unpaid of course. They also cut your lunch hour if sales are not being hit. They also created a culture of intimidation where if the boss said everyone was working until 9pm then that is what happened. Very high targets for people who are not managers closing the deals. And the extra hours you have to work actually takes the job way below minimum wage so even if you hit the high targets, you only really got paid like £10 an hour when factoring in all the unpaid hours.

Cons

Culture is weird and almost bordering on a cult. They get majority young people in so they’re less likely to object to horrible work practices. Unless you’re honestly about to get kicked out of your house for not paying mortgage or rent, I wouldn’t advise this job at all. I left after a week and found a much better and higher paying role. Don’t settle. Life is too short.

Pros

No pros, avoid, read below.

Cons

Avoid at all costs - they just renamed the company to avoid legal troubles and past bad reputation as prysm group. Just entering Covid, they fired almost everyone instead of putting them through furlough

Pros

- Some of the people working there are alright

Cons

- Extremely young demographic of employees. Making the environment extremely unprofessional. Bully culture among colleagues. - If management aren't happy, they will have a go at you in front of everyone. - Some "senior" staff are quite young. Meaning they have no people or management skills. - Micro management to a whole new level. You are watched at every turn. No freedom to express yourself within the role. "There way or the high way" - "High and fire" - If you aren't performing you will be out the door with no warning. Barely anyone makes it past 6 months. (Even if you've been at the company 2+ years. They will sack you on the spot) - Culty culture. If you're not a family member or a friend of the family. You will never be in the in circle. Three of the owners sons work for the company and act as his monitoring foot patrol. - Founder is an absolute nutcase. Will shout and swear at you if show any signs of defending yourself. - Minimal to no training whatsoever. - Company hire process is a joke. They will hire people based on character alone. And then fire them when they don't perform. - The way they do business with potential clients is borderline a scam. Companies are out right lied to, in the hope to try and win their business. This company was once known as Prysm Media Group Ltd. They claim the change of name was due to a re brand. However, the change was to come away from the old name. As it had become commonly known as a terrible company within the events industry. Look up Prysm media group Ltd on glassdoor. You'll see similar bad reviews. Safe yourself the hassle and stay away.
