Good pay, good team mates, fair work load, alright benefits

Cons

- Some management employees abusing their powers specifically towards out of scope employees - Management asking out-of-scope employees to work over time free of charge. If you don't they will call you not committed to your job even if your productivity is good - Keeping a grudge against employees

Good pay, excellent benefit plan and work/life balance.

Cons

A lot of inequality, favouritism, unfair promotion/hiring processes, lack of growth. Large divide between union and exempt employees, very hierarchical.
