Pros
Apparently it is a good place to work in. During the interview HR makes its best to offer the picture of a perfect world. The only true thing is certifications, the rest is not.
Cons
Unfortunately the reality is very different. Management is not very transparent, responsibilities are basically in the hands of a restricted team of "elected people", meritocracy is not exactly the key to move forward. Management lives in a very far island. Except a few smart managers trying to do something different (but unfortunately failing that) all the company seems to be run by a non-cooperative caste.
