      Employees are unwelcomed and abused. Leadership is unreasonable.

      Reasonable health benefits provided to employees.

      I speak for most of the employees here when I say that we feel unwelcomed. The work environment of Fortune Energy is unpleasant due to the rampant verbal abuse and hostility shown by the leadership. Not to mention, our leaders here are unreasonable, so they'll never admit their mistakes and change their ways.

      We do not even have a Field Service Technician position in our Sacramento office. Given that fact, it is difficult to understand how this individual could have worked for our company in that capacity and subsequently posted a review on Glassdoor. This raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy and credibility of the review, as the position referenced does not exist at that location.

      Work atmosphere is unbearable due to hostile management

      Zero pros except to gain some decent experience.

      Cons

      The work experience here at Fortune Energy is honestly unbearable, and it's due to the hostile and abusive management. Our managers are very toxic and rude. They yell at us all the time, and they would rather insult and humiliate us than provide us with constructive feedback.
