The working environment in CN is abysmal—there are even rats, which is totally unacceptable for a workplace. What’s more, there are no proper management systems or protocols in place; work processes are chaotic and unstructured, with no clear rules to follow. This lack of organization and basic standards makes it a very frustrating place to work long-term.
