Pros
Fantastic employees to work with, created many long-time friendships. Great camaraderie -- ate lunch together, never felt afraid to ask for help. The friendly environment also lead to being able to spend time with people in other departments to learn new skills when there was down time.
Cons
Criminally low pay, only got a raise (4 percent, the highest they offered) one year out of the three I was there. Many people worked second jobs, reporters it was difficult to do so because of the era tic schedule. Upper management did not earn respect of employees.
