      Pros

      Joining Forum Ventures 3+ years ago has been one of the best decisions of my career. The team is incredible. All low-ego, high EQ. Flat structure, so everyone's ideas are heard and valued. Lots of room for growth and owning projects end-to-end. Forum Ventures also backs incredible, diverse founders. Working alongside these entrepreneurs has been one of the greatest joys of my career.

      Cons

      I don't find this a con, but Forum is small but scaling rapidly. If you prefer organizations with a ton of structure, process and support - this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Incredible benefits (healthcare, dental, carry in the funds, etc) You meet and work with some cool people! Jonah rocks. Best human to work for if you have the chance.

      Cons

      The company is trying to grow quickly which creates a lot of conflict and moves away from their “good work culture” which they pride themselves on. It creates a toxic environment really. Leadership needs serious training, Forum puts incredible “doers” in leadership positions without training how to lead a team.

      Forum is filled with low-ego, high-eq humans. The culture is incredible and the walk the walk when it comes to supporting early-stage founders.

      Cons

      The team is distributed, so if you don't like async work it may not be for you.
