      Discounted Bar Flexibility to chill 24/7 if that’s what you’re into

      Unfortunately the lead figurehead in the senior leadership team is a special mixture of creep and mind blowing incompetence who doesn’t even understand the markets his agency recruits for. Regularly lies about revenue generated in company meetings, well known for using the business as his personal piggy bank. Loves to gossip about everyone’s business, pretends they have offices in multiple countries (spoiler alert it’s one office down a back alley) and will consistently show favouritism to any woman that is unfortunate enough to walk through the doors More chance of career progression at McDonalds. Save yourself and go literally anywhere else

      Some genuinely great people working there

      Multiple staff let go for 'financial reasons' whilst around the same time others getting promotions beggars belief and smacks of being poorly run, lack of man management skills and dishonesty, with complete disregard for the wellbeing of those losing their jobs with no warning, despite previously being told they were performing well. The promotions were plastered all over social media giving a fake impression of success. This fake facade is an ongoing theme both as a company and with certain individuals. Favouritism is rife, particularly noticeable if you look a certain way and are a certain gender. A bit of nepotism also going on for good measure which a number of people weren't happy about.

      Some of the people I worked with were great people. Nice enough offices.

      Cons

      Favouritism is rife here. Inappropriate behavior at the top level. The benefits are meh.
