The company culture at Forward Security is really great. Everyone is nice and supportive, they are fully remote, we do weekly team-based activities and daily check-ins. There's also an office so you can get together and meet face to face if you want. It's also really inspiring to work with such talented people who have global expertise in application and cloud security. Forward Security sets high standards so if you want a place to grow as a professional and learn from the best, this is the company for you. One of the best parts about working at a Forward Security is the diverse projects you get to work on. When working for one company on one product, it could get mundane. But at Forward, no two days are alike. There are constantly new projects and challenges, which helps you develop in your career much faster.
Cons
It's a 4-year-old company so there are still some growing pains, which is to be expected. On the flipside, you can be a part of the growth and help shape the company.
