poor management zero support for staff who have to witness traumatic events each day in prison shambolic organisation resulting in no support for the clients

I worked within the prisons so being able to assist the inmates who really needed the help was very rewarding

Cons

There are too many to list and it's not fair to be too negative, but when I worked there it felt like I was in another prison. Their contract was extreme and gave them the right to treat you how ever they pleased and you literally had no right to challenge or appeal. HR are also very dishonest and will not support you even if you request it.
