Cons
Management is weak with no directives, and mentoring. Poor leadership in Director roles , they seem to be disconnected from the employees, and everyone feels discouraged. Sales Directors are chosen based on their experience in the industry although having no coachable, leadership, emphasize 3 days in the office and they lack coming in. I personally think the company growth is not a focus opposed to MRR.
