Pros
The learning environment here is everything. Our current team is fun, cohesive and knowledgeable. The kind of people you'd want to hang with in and out of work. After what seems like many years of struggling and post-Covid recovery this place has really turned itself around. The client service has improved leaps and bounds, the staff is dedicated and management is improving in every direction.
Cons
While we are making strides, we need additional team members to help even out the workload. We have strong team leads and good management but need some additional staff to round things out.
