Good teams - for the most part, there are teams that could do better but were bogged down due to other avoidable issues. Many very smart team members. The product sells itself. Demand for the product is high.
Cons
Lacking hierarchical structure. Sometimes having little hierarchy is good, it is not a good thing when nobody can act as the decision maker. Lack of clear vision.
