      Great people other than the owner

      Cons

      The owner. She is a bully and everyone can be on egg shells depending on her mood. She really needs to step away from the business and let someone who knows how to manage people step in.

      Great Company. Great Staff. Great Products

      Pros

      Convenient location. Flexible work hours. Teamwork and support from Management and staff. Summer holidays off! I have been given opportunities within this company to grow and diversify my skill set. This is not something generally offered to someone "Over 50"

      Cons

      There is nothing negative about being employed at Fotoworks. I am very grateful for a full time position within such a cohesive company.
