Pros

Amazing place to work, I've felt truly supported across everything I've done and worked towards by every single person I've met. Everyone is happy to be working here, with progression and growth not only encouraged but thoroughly supported.

Cons

It'd be nice for in office days to be optional - especially when you need to travel from quite far.

Great company to work for, career progression is a focus

Pros

Found is a great agency to work for, whilst most of the clients are smaller brands, you're able to have an impact on the strategy of these clients, and provide feedback on internal processes which the majority of the time are listened to. Career progression is something that is described as a core focus for the agency, and is reflected in feedback cycles alongside promotions. These aren't always able to happen at the time they should for employees, but this is often aligned to commercial targets of the agency as a whole. The people who work at the agency are who make it what it is. When there are agency-wide socials, it lifts the morale of the team, and while it's a hybrid agency with many working from home the majority of the time, it doesn't affect company culture.

Cons

Workload can often be high, with clients being demanding. Internal processes still need improvement.

Pros

Some nice coworkers and a few interesting, high-profile clients

Cons

I worked here in 2020. My manager was skilled at their job but lacked people management skills. As a junior employee, I was assigned tasks without any support and was expected to either complete them on my own or figure out how to do them. This was incredibly frustrating for me. The HR was ineffective. When I shared my concerns with her about the managers lacking people management skills, she listened but then tried to convince me it was my fault - unbelievable! She even admitted that it was the first time this person had been in a managerial role, which I understand, but she showed no sympathy or understanding at all. I can’t help but wonder how she got into her role in the first place! No adequate support all or address employee concerns in a meaningful way... There was no clear progression path or personal development plan (PDP). While there were a few attempts to create PDPs, it was left up to the employees to develop them rather than the managers, and they were never followed up on. Finally, after taking on so many responsibilities, my promotion and salary increase were delayed. The explanation given was that my manager had left, and the new manager needed time to evaluate my work... seriously, what?
