      Pros

      Great leadership, good culture, fantastic benefits, work/life balance, passionate people. FGA is the best place I've ever worked.

      Cons

      Typical challenges of working in a remote environment. But leadership recognizes those issues and tries to address them.

      Pros

      FGA is one of the most high-performing think tanks in the country and is getting a lot of big wins. Pay is competitive. Benefits are good. Co-workers are on the same team and mostly moving in the same direction. Generous paid time off policy.

      Cons

      FGA is growing quickly and people who can't adjust will struggle. It is also a high-pressure environment and a lot is expected.
